Great piece of jewelry

Bought these for my wife for Valentines Day, after I had bought a similar pair from a chain jewelery store. I ended up keeping these and returning the stores earings, price difference of about $50.
I’ll start with the stones. I had looked at some other pairs of peridot earings around Amazon, and it seemed in all of the reviews, half of the people said the green was too dark or too light, and the other half said they were perfect. The earings I recieved where the color I expected from a good quality Peridot stone. Not dark like an emerald, not so light that its barely green, the color I see on my two laptop screens is very close to the color I recieved, which is what peridot should look like. Mind you, your screen and your computer settings can alter what the color looks like. The stones had no visible flaws in them and the cuts were well done.
Setting and rest of the earring. The setting seems to hold the stone in very tightly. They didnt wobble or appear loose in any way. The setting is barely visible when the earrings are worn, with only the 4 prongs being visible close up. The clasps and a good fit, wont fall off easily.
Overall, my wife was very happy with these earrings. She had been asking for peridot for quite awhile, but it seems hard to find in my area, even in August. And since her birthday and no holidays appear in August anyways, I rarely rememgber to look.

Very nice, good appearance

These are a little bigger than your basic stud earring gems, more than a pencil eraser size. They show up nicely. They’re ovals, so if you have really saggy pierce holes, or were pierced really low, they might hang off the lobe a bit. Mine were done pretty low, but the earring fits cleanly on my lobe.
The color I got was a tad less dark than pictured, which I actually liked, as I prefer the lighter green with a hint of yellow. It’s a fresh neutral.
These go nicely with Gem Avenue’s Sterling Silver Band Oval Cut Peridot Cubic Zirconia Ring Size 5 to 10. Their ring’s gem is a little more gold and lighter then the earring peridot, but unless your hand is right next to your ear, they’ll work fine together.

I purchased these to go with the flower peridot necklace that I got for my sister. They were very Nice and the peridot was a nice color. The stones were matched well. Was not disappointed.
