You wear this charm to represent a son or a grandson with the appropriate birthstone. This is one of the all time favorite Birthstone Pendants for Mothers and Grandmothers. The Stone in the head is a 4mm Cubic Zirconia, and the one in the Body is an 8mm X 6mm Synthetic oval color Stone and the body is sterling Silver. The height of the charm is 1 3/16 (3 cm).
